How to set up Google mail, calendars, and contacts on iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap on Mail.
3. Tap Accounts.

4. Select Add Account.

   

5. Tap Google.
6. Tap Continue if prompted to confirm that you want to allow Google.com to sign in on your iPhone or iPad.

7. Enter your Google account credentials.

   

8. Make sure the switches for mail, contacts, and calendars are in the 'on' or 'off' positions depending on where you want them.

9. Tap Save.

   

How to set up Outlook.com mail, calendar, and contacts on iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap on Mail.
3. Tap Accounts.

4. Select Add Account.

   

5. Tap Outlook.com.

6. Enter your Outlook.com account credentials.

1. Open Settings.

5. Tap Exchange.
6. Enter your Exchange email address.

8. Tap Configure Manually.
9. Enter your Exchange account information if you elected to configure your account manually (you might need to get these from your IT administrator if you don't know them).

10. Tap Next.

    

11. Make sure the switches for mail, contacts, and calendars are in the 'on' or 'off' positions depending on where you want them.

12. Tap Save.

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap on Mail.

6. Select the type of account you want to configure. Select Mail for an email account CalDAV for a calendar, and CardDAV for contacts.

   

7. Enter your account information.
8. Tap Next.

9. Tap Done.
