The Animal Crossing Fall Update brought with it several new Spooky Pumpkin DIY recipes so you can decorate your island and get ready for Halloween. Turns out that some of these decorations take a lot of materials, so you're going to want to start growing your pumpkin patch right now if you want to make them all.

You'll find Spooky Pumpkin DIY recipes by talking to villagers while they are working at their crafting tables. Talk to them and they will give you the recipe. You might also find certain Spooky Pumpkin decorations for sale at Nook's Cranny. Check in each day to see what's offered.
If you haven't collected all of the Spooky Pumpkin DIY recipes by Halloween then you'll be able to get them from your villagers in exchange for candy. The Spooky Carriage and the Spooky Wand DIY recipes can only be acquired after giving lollipops to Jack on Halloween.

Customize Spooky Pumpkin decor

Well, you can simply place them around your island as decoration. Or if you have enough of one type of color, you can also take an existing Spooky Pumpkin decoration to a workbench and customize it. For instance, it takes four of any other pumpkin in order to change the color of the Spooky Tower.
Spooky Wall, Flooring, and Rug
It's rumored that you can only get the Spooky Wall, the Spooky Flooring, or the Spooky Rug by giving candy to your villagers on Halloween. We're not entirely sure what these things look like, but we'll update as soon as possible.
