Stream, play, and control everything with the $142 Nvidia Shield TV

Add this to your living room.

The Nvidia Shield TV 4K Streaming Player is down to $141.55 on Amazon thanks to a price drop to $149 and a 5% off on-page coupon. The Nvidia Shield normally sells for around $180, and while we did see better prices over Black Friday, those were unique and very limited.

Some of the other versions are discounted as well. Get the Nvidia Shield TV Smart Home Edition with a SmartThings Link on sale for $180.48. That's also not quite as good as Black Friday, but it's still a savings of $40 off the regular price and one of the best deals we've seen.

This device functions not just as a streaming player but also as a media server and a smart home hub with fully customizable settings. It offers 4K HDR video quality along with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X surround sound pass-through. It can download apps like Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, NFL, YouTube and so many more once connected to your Wi-Fi network at home.

You can also use a device with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, like the Echo Dot or Google Home Mini, to control the Shield TV using your voice.
