How to share Animoji to any social network

You don’t have to keep Animoji confined to iMessage conversations. You can share them to any social network that lets you share video. Here’s how.

One of the marquee features of the iPhone X are Animoji. These animated versions of Emoji utilize the TrueDepth camera on the front of the iPhone to map your facial movement to an animated character as you record an audio message for your recipient. When sent, it has the effect of looking like the Animoji is talking using your voice.

But even if you don’t have an iPhone X, you can still send someone else’s Animoji as long as they’ve been sent to you. Here’s how you can do it!

iPhone X Tricks: 16 ways to do more faster!

How do you go Home, switch apps, multitask, invoke Reachability, Siri, Apple Pay, and Accessibility, screenshot, shut down, and reboot on iPhone X? Here’s how to survive in a post Home button world!

For a decade the Home button was the center of iPhone navigation. No matter where you were or what you were doing, clicking Home once or twice would bring you exactly where it says it will — Home. Depending on how often or how long you clicked it, the Home button would also do a number of other highly useful things for you, from summoning Siri or Apple Pay to bringing up the app switcher or accessibility menu. It was our escape hatch and convenience key all in one. And now, with iPhone X, it’s gone.

To make room for that edge-to-edge display and in recognition that, a decade later, our training wheels can come off, Apple has replaced the Home button with a fluid, gesture-based navigation area. And it’s magnificently fun.

How do you go to the Home screen on iPhone X?

How to get Siri to spell a word for you

If you’re having trouble spelling a word, you don’t have to look it up in the dictionary or even search Google for it. Just ask Siri!

Everyone I know and everyone you know has uttered a sentence that begins with the following four words:

”How do you spell…?”

Don’t deny it—you’ve heard it in your own voice at some time or another. You’ve heard it from your college roommate. You’ve heard it from friends and relatives. If you’re a parent, you’ve heard it from your kids. And after a certain amount of time of growing tired of hearing it, you’ve undoubtedly responded on at least one occasion: ”Look it up!”.

A fool’s errand, certainly. How is anyone supposed to look up a word in the dictionary to find out how it’s spelled if they don’t know how to spell it to begin with?

How nice is it that we can replace the plague upon humanity that is ”How do you spell…” with this:

”Siri, how do you spell….”

It’s really that simple

Yes, in addition to its other capabilities and tricks…
