The store, which will have a home in the IFC Mall, is being marketed by the company with wallpapers and an animation on its store website. Soon-to-be customers can download the wallpapers for their iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Reported by Deadline, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, star of The Morning Show, has led the lead role in Surface, a new psychological thriller coming to Apple TV+. The series is created by Veronica West, co-creator and executive producer of High Fidelity.

Apple has reportedly given a green light for a straight-to-series order for the thriller, which comes from Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine and Apple Studios. Witherspoon will executive produce the series alongside West and Lauren Neustadter with production set to begin next year.

Mbatha-Raw, who played Hannah Shoenfeld alongside Witherspoon in The Morning Show, will also co-exec produce. The British actor also recently starred in Misbehaviour alongside Keira Knightley and in Jessica Swale’s Summerland with Gemma Arterton and is set to star in Disney+’s Loki.

Reported by AppleInsider, Apple has become the most popular maker of desktop computers in Japan after launching the new M1 Mac mini in the country two weeks ago. Before the launch, Apple was in forth place behind Lenovo.

That’s according to new data from Japanese analysis firm BCN Retail, which aggregated the sales data of mass retailers and online stores in the country. In the period between August 1 and November 3, Apple held a 15% share of the desktop PC market in Japan and was fighting for third place with Lenovo.

After the launch of the M1 Mac mini, Apple increased its market share in the market from 15% to 27.1% in two weeks.
