Workflow for iPhone and iPad picks up a Today widget and sync

Workflow, the app that helps you automate tasks on your iPhone and iPad, has had a substantial update today with the arrival of two important features. First, there is now a Workflow widget for the Notification Center, as well as Workflow Sync.

With the widget, you can have easy access to your workflows from anywhere just by pulling down the Notification Center. You can choose which of your workflows end up in the widget in each workflow's settings, and you can also add contact shortcuts to the widget instead.

With Workflow Sync, you can share your workflows between your devices. No longer will you need to set up your favorite automations twice. Additionally, Sync will also back up your workflows, letting you restore them if you need to. Workflow now also supports 1Password for quick sync sign-in.

Workflow has also added support for creating actions using Health and workout data. There have also been tweaks made to existing actions.

You can grab Workflow 1.3 from the App Store right now.
