Polar announces new fitness tracking wearable with heart monitoring

Polar has announced a new fitness tracker, the A360. This new wearable sports not only the capabilities to track fitness and activities, but the device will also monitor the heart to provide training guidance. As one would expect from a fitness tracker, the A360 is waterproof, and is able to track steps, sleep, calories, workouts, and more.

The A360 is more than just a mere fitness tracker, however. The wearable can also alert the users of incoming calls, messages, calendar alerts, social media notifications, and even when the wearer has been sat down for too long. Interchangeable silicone wristbands can be switched out to further personalize the device. Colors include Powder White, Charcoal Black, Neon Green, Sorbet Pink and Navy Blue.

As for just how long you'll be able to enjoy using the A360 between charges, the tracker will last for up to two weeks on a full charge. As an added bonus, the wearable will work with the Polar H7 heart rate chest strap. The Polar Flow app for iOS will help owners check through an in-depth analysis of daily, weekly and monthly activity.

Should you be interested in the A360 by Polar, the wearable will be made available in November this year for $199.95 (€199.90).
