Your support of #StandWithApple helped us raise almost $4K for the EFF

Thanks to you, iMore helped raise $3839 for the EFF.

Last month, in an effort to show our support for Apple's ongoing struggle with the FBI over privacy and security, we quickly put together a #StandWithApple t-shirt campaign. Hundreds were sold and, thanks to all of you, we managed to raise $3839 for the EFF.

The Department of Justice has since withdrawn its petition under the All Writs Act to compel Apple to create a more easily crackable version of iOS, but the issue itself remains unresolved. That means it's up to everyone to remain vigilant and vocal about our civil rights, lest we lose them.
