What's the best way to go about getting a replacement for a manufacturing defect?
While it's nice to live in a perfect world with no issues at all with the things we buy, that's simply not the case. The Wonderboom is a fantastic Bluetooth speaker for the price, but defects do exist.
If you just recently bought a Wonderboom and it's experiencing much shorter battery life than expected (normally it should last for more than 10 hours), or if it's not charging at all, then a replacement is needed.
