Lynn University to deploy iPad Pro to most students and faculty

Students and faculty at one univesity in Florida are going all-in on the iPad Pro. Lynn University in Boca Raton will be distributing Apple's large tablet, along with the Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard, to all of its undergraduate day students and faculty members.

From Lynn University:

iPad Pro also supports Lynn's ongoing efforts to create a more affordable education, eliminating personal computer costs and saving students money through apps and e-books that are more cost-effective, timely and relevant than traditional textbooks and support materials. iPad Pro provides even greater flexibility, too. Whether studying aviation, design or music, students now can use one device for writing papers, taking notes with Apple Pencil, creating videos that demonstrate learning, completing in-depth projects outside the classroom and much more.

Lynn University expects to deploy 1,800 iPad Pro devices this semester. The university previously implemented an iPad-powered curriculum across its campus in 2013, centering around the iPad mini.
